Flynn and company were on the set that Wednesday sharing their moves — including the Rebound, Follow-through and the Lock — with the TODAY family, who were all cloaked and armed with lightsabers. "This was never meant to be a fitness thing," said Flynn. "The class was originally about appreciating swordsmanship and performance." The newly released sword documentery Reclaiming the Blade examines the history of the sword in our world culture, and how it still extends through our history far reaching into our science fiction, martial action, and historical period movies.

The wildly popular Light Saber Enthusiast Club, known the world over as New York Jedi, has been included in the bonus features of the film as an example of how current day sword lovers are still practicing this ancient art of the warrior, yet in a new and exciting way.
